Drowning on Land

The two humans did not have much of a chance. They saw the strange liquid flow up from a storm drain, and they stood there watching the marvelous sight. The thick, blue liquid remained a mashed up blob for a few seconds before coming to life again. The seemingly harmless yet magical liquid started to take shape right before the two humans. "This has to be a dream," one said to the other, "Hey, are we dreaming?"
"I think I had too much to drink last night," said the other.
As they spoke back and forth, the liquid came to its final shape: a large dragon now stood before them made completely out of liquid. The humans were shocked, but shock quickly turned to fear; they failed to notice a single leg bone in the mass of water. That leg bone now fell to the concrete with a hollow thud. The creature crained its head and roared at them, a very live and fleshy note fired from its mouth.
The two ran, but did not make it far. The creature jumped at them: catching one in its mouth and landing on the other. The human that was crushed by the belly of the creature suddenly found himself stuck in its skin. The dragon stood back up on all four legs, lifting the human off the ground. The stomach slowly pulled him into the creature, the liquid surrounded his body, taking a liking to his shape. The other human was no better off: she very quickly found herself being swallowed and traveling down the long neck. The liquid stretched to accomodate the two passengers, but it would not break from their struggles. Once both humans were settled in the stomach, they very quickly lost the ability to fight; either they ran out of air or the liquid was causing them to lose consiousness. The stomach turned to a murky green-blue color as the dragon walked away. By the time the creature reached the end of the street, the human's clothes gained noticable holes. Anyone who sees the mysterious creature within the next week will be horrified to see the two unfortunate humans digesting in plain sight.
