Can You Put Me Down?

Description

So I saw one of those Monster Trex guys in the distance and I thought Id just watch him. He saw me and came running my way. I knew what he wanted, but to be honest, I was kinda curious. As he got closer he appeared very large, and I decided that I should get out of there. I tried to take off, and I did get a good distance off of the ground, but I suddenly stopped going up. He caught my tail and was now pulling me back down. Next thing I knew, he had me firmly in its mouth.

Im sitting here now, drenched in saliva, and he is slowly pulling me deeper into his throat. I turned to him and said, "Okay, look: I admit I was vaguely curious about being swallowed alive. I was going to let you eat me before. But its a whole lot scarier than I thought, so now I don't want to do it. So, could you just put me down?"

He didn't seem to listen to me. He gave another good swallow which sent me further in. My face was now resting on the tongue; a tongue that was a bit over-active if you ask me. It was licking and licking me. It got to the point where I was practically drinking saliva before he gave another swallow. I was much deeper now; I think my head was the only thing left in his mouth. All of the skin below my neck was touching the inside of this monster's throat. The feeling was sending me mixed emotions: I was still curious, but I was nearly blinded by raw fear. I felt myself sliding down the throat really slowly. That's when a rather terrifying thought came to my head: how do I get out of this? Before I could scream in protest, the trex gave one more swallow. I was sent into the dark interior of his flesh and sent down his esophagus. The feelings and sounds were beyond explanation, and the trip down the tight passage took a while, but I eventually landed in the stomach.

Part Two:

I seeped down from the esophagus into the belly. When the ride was finally over, I stopped kicking and flailing to check the new surroundings. I knew where I was, and although spacious, I didn't want to be in there. I darted around the stomach, kicking and poking the fleshy walls. Acid and the remains of previous meals splashed around as I frantically moved about. The walls of the stomach pulsed a little; throbbing in and out, absorbing my movements. I could shake and bounce in here all I wanted, but it would still be difficult to see any movement from outside. I sat down in the muck, realizing I need to save what energy I had. Although I was still groaning about my current location, I was thankful for both a large and somewhat empty belly. If it was any smaller, I would probably still be kicking.

I could feel the trex walking about. I could imagine his swollen belly swaying back and forth slightly with me in it. I wish I could see it; Id much rather be out there than in here.

Part 3:

I sat in the acid, just waiting to see what would happen. Maybe it would get sick, or maybe some humans would come by an shoot it for me. I didn't know what to think or hope for. The acid had not yet breached my scales, so I was still safe from digesting, but how long those scales would last was something I didn't know. Looking at the situation, I had pretty much given up: I tried everything to get out, and it didn't work. I was hoping digestion would go faster, but it was painfully slow. Well, I didn't feel any pain, but waiting for something to happen was really disappointing me.

The trex began to come alive again. Whatever it was doing, it was really going at it. The belly shook with massive thrusts. It was to the point where my face and neck was flying back and forth between two of the fleshy walls, smacking each one with a squishy thud. The movement calmed, and a familiar muscular sound filled the stale air. The muscles near the stomach entrance were morphing and bulging. I now knew what was going on. It had found desserts, and whoever or whatever was about to join me.

A familiar face suddenly popped out from the esophagus. The red snake's head slowly lowered to my level as the rest of his body slid down the throat above. "Hey!" he said, just before falling head first into the pool of acid, the rest of his long body falling on top of him like dropped rope. It was Rae Thalis in his slithery snake form.

"Hey! How'd you find me?" I asked, hoping he hadn't seen my ill fated attempt at flying away.

"I saw that trex's belly bouncing around like crazy, I had to see who was inside," he replied, "Now, lets see if we can get out of here."

"I already tried," I said, a small frown stretching across my face, "I hope you don't mind digesting."

"Digesting? Who said we'd have to digest? Ive escaped plenty of bellies!"

"You have? How?"

Rae brought his serpent head closer to mine, as if his escape plan was a secret that he didn't want even the bones to hear. "There is one way that only I know of," He said to me.

"Im all ears."

"You may not like it..."

Part 4

Rae could barely slither away from the trex. The wyvern inside his skin was incredibly bulky, making side to side movements very stiff. A muffled voice from under the red scales asked, "Are we almost out?"

"We're almost there, just a few more feet to his mouth," was Rae's response. The snake was lying of course, he had been out of the trex for a while now, he just wanted to get somewhere a little safer. The progress may have been slow, but the snake was enjoying it; it wasn't too often he got a meal that was this large. Rae wasn't going to digest his friend, but there was no harm in holding on to him a little longer.

"Okay," came the muffled voice again, "Im sure its been a few feet; are we out yet?"

"No it hasn't been a few feet. This, uh, throat is really slippery."

Rae found a nice clearing in a nearby wooded area. The sun came through the leaves just enough to keep him warm. Rae stopped and attempted to curl his long body. He didn't get far: a big semi circle was the end result. Rae rested his head on the damp green grass and quickly fell asleep. The wyvern inside, however, didn't realize it.

"Rae? Rae, are we free? Raaaaaaeeeeee?... You're going to spit me out now right? Rae?"

There we go: a full and complete story. Not sure if I liked updating the comic each time I rendered the next part, I think Ill stick to making it all at once. The fun part was developing the story with *RaeThalis as each one went. And no worries, Dravec will still get out of this situation unharmed.

Rae Thalis the snake belongs to :iconraethalis:
Dravec the wyvern and monster trex are :iconpwrof3d:'s characters.
